1. Introduction

Welcome to Binadamu Global ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), and our Global Sourcing, Recruitment & Business MatchMaking services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Site or use the Services.  

2. Use of the Site and Services

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and Services. By using the Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.  

b. Access: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for their intended purposes. You may not use the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.  

c. User Accounts: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site or Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.  

d. Prohibited Activities: You may not:

• Use the Site or Services to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.  

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Binadamu Global, a Binadamu Global employee, another user, or any other person or entity.  

• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site or Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Binadamu Global or users of the Site or Services or expose them to liability.  

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Binadamu Global, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.  

4. Disclaimer

a. No Warranties: The Site and Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.  

b. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Binadamu Global, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site, Services, any websites linked to it, any content on the Site or such other websites, or any services or items obtained through the Site or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Binadamu Global, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, your user contributions, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.  

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site or Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Binadamu Global relating to the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Binadamu Global with respect to the Site and Services.  

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
